Pickle is a trading style of Salad Finance Limited ("we", "us" or "our"). Salad Finance Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 795723) to carry out credit broking and lending activities. Registered in England and Wales (No. 11006249). Registered Office: 49 Greek Street, London W1D 4EG.
Agreement
By accessing or using our website, or any app or platform of ours (the "Services") you will be entering into an agreement with us and accepting these Terms. No person other than you and us shall have any rights under these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
The Services
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees that the Services will always be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. While we take reasonable care to ensure that information is accurate at the time it is published, we do not promise that all content will remain up to date.

We are not responsible for any modifications or removal of the Services and shall not be liable to you or any third party for such actions. By continuing to use the Services after such changes are implemented, you are accepting them. Any material changes will be notified where legally required.

All intellectual property rights in the Services — including their design, text, graphics, software, data, and any other materials — are owned by us or our licensors. These rights are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Behaviour

Automated access (e.g., scraping, bots) is prohibited unless expressly authorised by us.

Where we provide information about financial products or services, we do so in accordance with our regulatory obligations. However, we do not accept liability for decisions you make based solely on general information provided through the Services. You are responsible for assessing whether any product or service meets your needs before entering into an agreement.
If you are dissatisfied with the Services or any part of these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Services.
Indemnity
You agree to protect, defend, and hold us and our affiliates harmless from any damages, losses, demands, costs, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or any unlawful use of the Services. You agree to address any such matters promptly and at your own expense upon receiving written notice from us.
General
Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales applies to these Terms.
